G. Steve Jordan completes a short film for the National Wildlife Federation

G. Steve Jordan made a short film for the National Wildlife Federation highlighting their work along the US Gulf Coast.

Jordan, who is best known locally for his landscape photography of the Shawangunk Ridge, including Mohonk Preserve and Minnewaska State Park, began producing short films soon after his New Paltz Gallery closed in 2015, after nearly 20 years in the business (https://mohonkimages.com/). Focusing primarily on nonprofit clients, Jordan explains the motivation for this new venture: “I found a huge disconnect between the news I read in the paper every morning and the wonderful, uplifting stories I listened to. gallery visitors who volunteered at local nonprofits. I decided these stories needed to be told and started G. Steve Jordan Films. Over the past six years, we have produced dozens short videos for non-profits working in everything from land conservation to literacy programs.”
