Czech model Karolina Kurkova has just sold her Tribeca loft for $4.5 million, The Post has learned.
Located at 92 Laight Street in the River Lofts condominium building, the two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom unit spans over 2,000 square feet.
This home offers direct views of the Hudson River from the west-facing living room and expansive, unobstructed city views from the east-facing bedrooms.
Kurkova, who has graced the covers of Vogue – and worked with brands including Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent and Victoria’s Secret – had lived in the house since 2005 and bought it for $2.31 million .
The decision to sell her home after 17 years comes as her family has outgrown the space, Kurkova, 38, told The Post.
“My Laight Street apartment is so special. It has everything you could want in a downtown New York home – incredible views, proximity to the water and park, a real neighborhood feel, but the best part for me was the feeling of happiness and ease when I came home from work every day,” Kurkova said.
“It’s a modern oasis in the busy city,” she said. “I have some of the best memories there.”
Kurkova had designed the space with architect and former model Robin Osler.
The living/dining room has a hidden television. The white kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar area and high-end appliances.
Features also include an art gallery and home office.
The master suite includes a balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and deep soaking tub with a glass enclosed shower stall.
Ruthie & Ethan Assouline, along with the Assouline team of Compass, represented Kurkova in the transaction – and Amy Rivers of ELIKA Real Estate replaced the undisclosed buyer.
The full-service building offers a 24-hour doorman, fitness center, bicycle storage, garden, and garage.
